We are happy to assist you with the return of items purchased that are unsuitable once we are notified within 14 days from date of delivery. Please email email@example.com who will assist you with your return.
While the item(s) are in your possession you must take reasonable and appropriate care of them. They must be in “as new” condition and returned in their original and undamaged packaging.
Please note that if you wish to return an order due to a change of mind you will be responsible for all transport costs when returning goods and a re-stocking fee will apply of €20. In addition, any refund processed will be subject to any diminished value of the goods which may arise from the mishandling or misuse of the goods beyond what is necessary to inspect the goods upon you receiving them. Refunds will be processed back to the same payment method that was used for the original order and will be issued once the goods have been returned to us.
Return of Faulty Goods
If you are returning an order due to it being faulty, you'll need to email firstname.lastname@example.org who will guide you through our returns procedure. This may include inspection of the goods, arranging for the goods to be sent for repair, or providing you with a replacement. If a return is needed, they will arrange for a pre-paid label to be sent to you. Once received, you can drop this into any post office and once we receive the return our tech team will get in touch to advise on next steps.
