1. Connect charging cable to power source then connect the UBB-C end to the keyboard case ensuring the cable clicks in the whole way. You will know when it is charging when you see the red light on the power button
2. Once the case is fully charged remove the power cable and press the power button for about 2 seconds. The light on the button will flash white indicating the keyboard has been turned on.
3. Now the keyboard is on press and hold either of the Bluetooth buttons located on the top right of the keyboard panel. Keep holding the button until the light on the power button begins to flash white. This indicates the keyboard is in pairing mode.
4. Now we head to the settings App on the iPad and tap the Bluetooth tab on the left side of the screen (Please ensure Bluetooth is switched on). On this screen you will see two sections, ‘My Devices’ and ‘Other Devices’. You should now be able to see the UAG Keyboard listed under other devices, tap the device name to begin the connection.
5. Tapping this will bring up another window asking you to complete a pairing request. Simply type the 4 digit number into the keyboard and press the return key to complete the connection.
6. This will complete the connection and you should now see the keyboard listed as connected under the my devices heading. Going forward you will not need to complete this process, the keyboard will now automatically connect once powered on.
